  • Allied Technology Group (ATG): ATG, a large business, is a CMMI Level 3 information technology, engineering, program management, and training solutions company solving mission critical needs for the government in defense, homeland defense, and foreign affairs. ATG supports the Department of State - Criminal Justice Programs Division on the INL/ILEA Core Training Program Revision contract. ATG provides training strategy facilitation, curriculum revision, and instructional design to support the ILEA programs.
  • American Systems Corporation (AMSYS): AMSYS, a large business, has supported Level 2 and 3 programs and possesses electronic exploitation proficiency to conduct laboratory-based electronic analysis of initiating mechanisms and exploitation database management for the FBI TEDAC. AMSYS supports the A-TS SeaPort-e CEXC program by providing engineering resources.
  • Chimera Enterprises International Inc. (CEI): CEI, a SDVOSB, provides capabilities such as validation, mission readiness exercises, EOD Groups, EOD Battalions, and Technical Escort Units. They provide expert knowledge of exploitation standards and triage policies and the ability to improve current and future exploitation processes and capabilities. Chimera supports the A-TS SeaPort-e CEXC program.
  • Delex Systems Inc.: Delex is a large business that provides advanced systems engineering, security, intelligence support, software, simulation, interactive training, and information technology solutions for domestic and international federal government clients.
  • Exitech Corporation: Exitech, a large business, supports domestic and international nuclear communities; DoD and DOE in the areas of training, training devices, simulator procurement, maintenance and modification, engineering, and management consulting. Exitech supported a Navy contract supporting ship training dynamics and graphics, including multiple perspective views on shipboard equipment.
  • Hampton Roads Technologies (HRT): HRT is a SDVOSB that specializes in enterprise information technology focused on e-learning, instructional design, simulation training, database development, and learning management systems. Within the training, education, and simulation arena, they bring skills in 3D animation, 3D real time simulations, motion capture, 3D scanning, and cinematic 3D rendering. HRT lead the instructional design (ID) for the entire lifecycle of transitioning Air University’s Masters level program of study for the Air Command and Staff College online for distance education.
  • Harding Security Associates Inc. (HSA): HSA, a Six3 Systems company, a large business, provides substantial experience in personnel/document/physical security, homeland security, counterintelligence, human intelligence, measurement and signature intelligence, biometrics, research and technology, and critical infrastructure protection and force protection. HAS supports the US Army and Intelligence Center’s Biometrics Intelligence Program.
  • Ideal Innovations Inc. (I3): I3 is a VOSB providing technological, scientific, managerial, and security solutions in the areas of biometrics, forensics, IED defeat, engineering services, database and software development, and training and advanced armor systems. For the African Union Commission (AUC), I3 supports a large-scale integrated security and safety management system.
  • Integral Consulting Services Inc.: Integral, an 8(a), WOSB, provides information technology support, specifically, network and system technical and administrative support; and database and application development, support, and administration. For the FIPS 201 Standard for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) project, Integral developed prototypes for using biometric technologies, smart cards, and RFID.
  • Lockheed Martin Services, Inc.: Lockheed Martin, a large business, provides a full range of the information competencies in information technology solutions, management services, and advanced technology expertise. Lockheed is the prime contractor for the JIEDDO C-IED Analytical Support Teams (JCAST) program. They provide more than 500 subject matter experts capable of employing advanced tools for C-IED information collection and analysis to enhance the ability of deployed forces to attack enemy IED networks.
  • Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU): ORAU (a large, not-for-profit business) capabilities include evidence collection, documentation, and analysis of DNA, toolmark, latent print, and trace evidence. ORAU has provided forensics analytical support to the FBI’s Terrorist Explosive Device Analytical Center for more than 13 years.
  • Oxley Enterprises Inc.: Oxley is a SDVOSB and WOSB that helps organizations improve performance, enhance productivity, and increase overall organizational effectiveness through organizational improvements, program performance, human capital development, learning systems, and information technology integration. Oxley provides essential program management, process management, performance management, and quality management leadership for the JATAC III program.
  • Perceptix LLC: Perceptix, an SDVOSB, provides strategic advisory services support including designing, reviewing, and updating a broad array of policy and strategic plans. They have provided program management and guidance for several counter-IED and counterterrorism disruptive innovation efforts at the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD) and Picatinny Arsenal.
  • R3 Strategic Support Group: R3, a SDVOSB, participates in requirements articulation and documentation processes and provides subject matter expertise throughout requirements validation process. For the A-TS SeaPort-e CEXC program, R3 supports consolidation of enterprise requirements, coordinates with other program leads to ensure that enterprise equities are addressed, and coordinates with enterprise and U.S. Fleet Forces requirements generation processes.
  • Radio Reconnaissance Technologies (RRT): RRT, a VOSB, provides significant capabilities in system design, integration, fabrication, and prototyping, as well as modification of commercial items for use in tactical field environments. RRT provides information operations/information warfare (IO/IW) for the U.S. military.
  • SHINE Systems & Technologies: SHINE is a certified HUBZone SB with capabilities in intelligence and efficiencies work flow analysis and technology integration, including systems and software engineering. Shine provides the National Ground Intelligence Center, Counter Insurgency Targeting Program subject matter expertise that focuses on of counter insurgency (COIN) network analysis and targeting, counter-improvised explosive device (C-IED) targeting, and Attack the Network.
  • Stratom, Inc.: Stratom, a small business, provides engineering, operations, and supply chain management services. Stratom was selected by SPAWAR to complete the research and development of a Robotic Tool Changer system for the iRobot PackBot 510 EOD and to train users to operate the project. The system was designed to assist C-IED teams in safely and efficiently disposing of IED threats.
  • The Bode Technology Group Inc.: Bode, a large business, serves the law enforcement and identification market with high throughput DNA testing services, casework analysis, missing person identification, private and CODIS data banking of convicted offenders or arrestees, as well as paternity and non-forensic identification. BODE has experience providing the full development of OCONUS DNA laboratories and supported them with the staffing and deployment of highly qualified personnel.
  • The Mayvin Consulting Group Inc.: Mayvin is a WOSB providing expert knowledge of project management services and specializing in streamlined acquisition and operations management. Mayvin performs program management and technical support for the Defense Forensics Science Center by providing assessments and reports to aid in the development and implementation of training for biometrics and forensic exploitation.
  • TQI Solutions, Inc.: TQI Solutions Inc. (a SDVOSB) provides expertise in systems engineering, test, and evaluation (T&E), modeling and simulation, and acquisition program management. Project support includes T&E support, systems engineering, acquisition program management , and project management support to SPAWAR C5ISR solutions, NAVAIR network and hardware requirements for aircraft missiles and munitions, Ship Maintenance and Logistics Support Information Systems for NAVSEA, business process modeling in support of OPNAV N4 and CNA as part of the Navy Logistics Solution Analysis of Alternatives (AoA), and development of seven Capability Definition.
  • URS Federal Technical Services, Inc.: URS, a large business, provides the full range of program management; planning, design, and engineering; systems engineering and technical assistance; construction and construction management; operations and maintenance; and decommissioning and closure services. URS has supported the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Secretary’s Quarterly Readiness Exercises since 2007. For these exercises, URS designs, develops, and executes support to the HHS Training and Exercises Lessons Learned Team.
  • Visual Awareness Technologies & Consulting, Inc. (VATC): VATC, an 8(a) WOSB, is a provider of management consulting services, joint training solutions, information technology, and engineering support to federal agencies primarily within the Department of Defense. VATC provides subject matter experts and training specialists for this task order. On another contract, VATC assists in providing training and support to NGO Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) and Security Risk Management Training (SRMT).
