PAE selected these team members as a core team based on their proven depth and breadth of functional capabilities, technical and support expertise, and experience directly related to the Functional Areas of the SeaPort-e program. Brief overviews of their capabilities are provided below.

  • CJSETOCJSeto Support Services, LLC, (CJS) has been providing environmental services, health and safety training, and information technology services to private and government entities since its founding in 1999. The corporate office is located in Ventura, California, with a regional office in San Diego, California. CJS also provides personnel to support government facilities located in Walla Walla, Auburn, and Seattle, Washington; Umatilla, Oregon; Port Hueneme, Oakland; and Los Angeles, California. CJS has experience serving various government entities including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, General Services Administration, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, Department of Homeland Security and the Defense Logistics Agency. CJS is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) certified as an 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).
  • CRAYTEK—Craytek, Inc. is a minority woman-owned company specializing in providing high quality IT development, consulting and support services to government agencies and contractors. Craytek is SBA certified 8(a) as of June 2005. The individuals that form their executive management have over 60 years of combined experience managing and performing IT work for Federal agencies and contractors. Craytek takes the time to research and understand business processes and systems requirements before accurately assessing the available technologies to provide intelligent, balanced technology solutions. Craytek uses small, focused development teams that work efficiently in a collaborative environment. The application of new technology leverages promising new benefits and maintains compatibility within the evolving IT world while avoiding premature obsolescence and the other pitfalls of depending on immature technologies.
  • I-ASSURE—I‐Assure, LLC (I-Assure) is an established Information Assurance (IA) small business providing Certification and Accreditation (C&A) solutions to government and commercial clients. I-Assure personnel apply a defined IA C&A methodology that has been developed and refined over years of providing professional security services to the Army, Air Force, Navy and other DoD programs. I-Assure’s mature IA engineering practices, combined with experienced, professional security engineers, analysts, trainers and program managers allows the effective and efficient delivery of robust, fixed‐price IA solutions in a schedule constrained environment. I-Assure’s proven tools, methodologies and processes can ensure DIACAP packages achieve accreditation in an expedient manner, by automating and eliminating redundant tasks and processes.
  • NELSON ENGINEERING— Nelson Engineering Co. (NE) is a women-owned multi-disciplinary engineering and consulting company providing services to government and commercial customers. The team of engineering professionals from the mechanical, electrical, aerospace, chemical, civil, industrial, environmental, safety and fire protection disciplines provide all aspects of engineering services covering the life cycle of assets including the following:
    • Aerospace Engineering Services – NE has over 20 years of aerospace operations and design experience. They perform System Assurance Analyses (SAA), System Safety Analyses, Reliability Engineering Studies using Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Trade Studies, and engineering services for fluid systems (cryogenic, hypergolic, pneumatic, and hydrocarbon storage, delivery and processing).
    • System Design Engineering Services – NE provides complete systems engineering solutions in the fields of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, data/communication, control, environmental and structural design and continually looks to “leading edge” technologies in the developmental process. They specialize in designing systems for unique industrial facilities such as: spacecraft processing facilities, launch control centers, ordnance and rocket propellant checkout and storage buildings. NE also has considerable experience and expertise in the field of facility upgrades, modifications and renovations.
    • Construction Support – NE performs facility commissioning and turnover services comprising of program management, design & submittal review, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies, construction management and troubleshooting, operations and maintenance material and preventative maintenance program development, and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Cost Segregation Studies (CSS) and Green Facility Engineering (LEED) services are two specialized lines of business that assist clients with tax deductions on new or existing properties.
    • Facility and System O&M Engineering – NE supplies risk-based Capital Asset Management (CAM) services, conducts facility condition assessments and commercial maintenance assessments, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies, and performs power quality and harmonic analyses. NE is also equipped to provide ISO 9001/14001 certification assistance, perform internal readiness audits, revise or develop procedures and provide all levels of training.
    • Safety and Environmental Services - NE performs arc flash hazard analyses, short circuit studies, and protective device coordination studies. They provide explosive site planning and operational safety consulting services, specializing in quantity distance calculations for siting of unique industrial facilities. NE also offers engineering services in the form of landfill design, Professional Engineer (PE) certifications, monitoring, permitting, compliance, and geological studies as a one-stop shop for a client’s landfill and solid waste needs.
  • NVISION SOLUTIONS—A woman-owned, small disadvantaged business (WOSB/SDB) based at the Stennis Technology Park in Bay St. Louis, Missouri, NVision provides a full range of information technology (IT), software design and development, database design and engineering, and GIS and remote sensing services and solutions. NVision Solutions Engineering Division has seven core competencies, including design conceptualization and illustration, system level electronic, mechanical, operation, support design, design for regulatory testing and approval, design for early test and integration, production engineering/low volume production, program management, and logistics/life-cycle support. NVision supports the Naval Oceanography Mine Warfare Center at the NASA Stennis Space Center providing ongoing support for the Navy’s mine warfare forces to neutralize threats, and to allow for assured access of maritime assets. NVision professionals also are performing information and technical support services for the U.S. Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) Glider Operations Center (GOC).
  • SA-TECH—System Applications & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH), our large business teammate, is a professional services company specializing in providing Operations & Maintenance (O&M), program management and logistics support in highly regulated environments, to support the Test & Evaluation (T&E) and training missions of a variety of DoD customers. SA-TECH’s extensive capabilities include range operations, engineering services, and maintenance support; quality assurance/safety; and operation and sustainment of the counter-IED laboratory for the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWC WD) at China Lake, California, and provides O&M and depot-level repair for aerial and seaborne targets in support of Navy Fleet training exercises at the Pacific Ranges off the coast of Southern California. SA-TECH’s support for U.S. Military live ordnance training includes a wide variety of operations and maintenance support services to the Aviation Gunnery Range (AGR) and multiple arms training ranges at Ft. Rucker, Alabama, and operations and maintenance support services to the Multi-Purpose Range Complex (MPRC) and the Multi-Purpose Training Range (MPTR) at the Army’s Yakima Training Center. SA-TECH professionals also provide O&M Services at the White Sands Missile Range in support of subscale target systems, Ballistic Target Systems (BATS), rotary-wing target systems and ballistic missile target systems.
  • VSOLVIT LLC—VSolvit is an award-winning SBA certified 8(a)/Small Disadvantaged Business, HUBZone, and 8(m)/Economically Disadvantaged Woman owned, technology services provider that specializes in geographic information systems (GIS), business intelligence (BI) systems, data warehousing, custom application development, health analytics, project/program management, and hosting and cloud services. VSolvit professionals recently added a data repository, multi-dimensional data aggregation, improved presentation capabilities, and performance improvements in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona. Responsibilities included architecture design, security design, software installation and design, data modeling, business intelligence and report design, OLAP and OLTP design and analysis, performance testing of OBIEE platform, database design, data analysis, migration, integration and warehousing.
  • YULISTA—Yulsita is an Alaska Native Village Corporation, which qualifies them as an 8(a) Small Business. The Yulista Holding, LLC family of companies includes Chiulista Services, Inc.; Yulista Aviation, Inc.; Yulista Management Services, Inc.; Y-Tech Services, Inc.; Tunista Services, LLC; and Yulista Tactical Services, LLC. Together, they provide a wide range of services from rapid prototyping to FAA Part 145 certified repairs and maintenance on commercial aircraft. Yulista professionals provide premier services to their customers in all facets of project management, fabrication, systems integration, and system testing on nearly every weapons platform used by the U.S. Military to include rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft. Additionally, this experience is being utilized to manage and service military bases and government facilities. Yulista Management Services professionals recently provided metrology services for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren.
