PAE/TATE supports the U.S. Army Combined Arms Center Training (CAC–T) by providing analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Army Personnel Recovery training, including code of conduct, isolated soldier training, survival, evasion, resistance and escape courses, post-isolation screening, reintegration, and debriefing, personnel recovery officer qualification training and personnel recovery training for commanders and staffs. To perform this contract, PAE/TATE is a subcontractor to nFocus Solutions.
CAC–T enables soldiers, leaders, and units to successfully execute Unified Land Operations in complex, ambiguous environments, including personnel recovery, which is critical to the security of the United States, the morale of the nation and the success of our armed forces, who must operate with the confidence that if isolated, captured or missing, they will not be left behind. Their recovery also prevents their exploitation by adversaries.
Managing and providing expertise in:
- Analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of personnel recovery training

During the course of operations in hostile regions, U.S. and coalition personnel can become isolated, captured or missing and in danger from hostile forces. The challenge is to provide appropriate advance training including, code of conduct, isolated soldier training, survival, evasion, resistance and escape courses, post-isolation screening, reintegration, and debriefing, personnel recovery officer qualification training and personnel recovery training for commanders and staffs.
PAE/TATE activities ensure that CAC-T’s Personnel Recovery preparation efforts keep pace with changes in the global operating environment and that personnel recovery education and training prepare commanders and staff, operational forces and individual personnel for personnel recovery across the range of military operations.
