Human Resources Coordinator Kelsey Goodwin hit the ground running when she graduated college and began working at PAE full-time a little more than a year ago. She works hard to identify opportunities within her division to improve the employee experience and said her goal is to expand that companywide.

“What I do ranges a lot,” Goodwin said. “I run the orientation for National Security Solutions. I also have the opportunity to come up with solutions that would improve PAE as a whole.”

PAE Applied Technologies has been awarded a $52.3 million contract modification to reinstate six-month periods of performance to support the operation of the US Navy’s Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC).

He’s one of about 15 people working to protect warfighters and civilians all over the world from chemical threats. When Senior Chemist Brian Ritter is on the job, he knows his work is part of a much bigger picture, one that affects not just client satisfaction, but global politics. 

“The lab covers the world,” he said of the laboratory he works in. “It’s humbling in certain aspects.”

Army veteran and PAE CEO John Heller welcomed guests at a ceremony marking the company's commitment to employing more men and women from the military community. On August 28, the Virginia Values Veterans Program awarded its V3 certification to PAE at its Falls Church, Virginia, headquarters. The certification recognizes PAE's dedication to veteran employees through best practices in recruiting, hiring and retaining veterans and their spouses.

What looked like an end-of-summer picnic at Kentucky Consular Center was actually the celebration of a year-round effort to safeguard the wellbeing of the roughly 400 PAE employees who work there. They fired up the grill, took a break from the grind and welcomed Williamsburg, Kentucky, Mayor Roddy Harrison, whose wife worked at KCC.
