PAE to Provide Transport and Logistics Services for U.S. Army
ARLINGTON, Va., July 21, 2011 – PAE has been named as a prime awardee on the Department of the Army Heavy Lift Seven (HL7) contract, to provide transportation and logistics services for military equipment and personnel throughout U.S. Army Central Command (ARCENT). The contract ceiling for all awardees is valued at $900 million.
Through HL7, PAE will acquire and provide the personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision required to perform line haul, heavy lift and personnel transportation, and vehicle maintenance services for the U.S. Army in locations throughout Kuwait, Iraq and Saudi Arabia. “PAE has provided transportation and logistics solutions for the United States military for over 50 years,” says Mike Dignam, PAE President. “We are proud to renew our partnership with the U.S. Army by supporting its critical missions throughout the Middle East.”
