PAE Expands Foreign Policy and Security Support Services in Africa through Department of State Task Orders
ARLINGTON, Va., January 12, 2018 – The Department of State recently awarded PAE the Burkina Faso Radios task order under the Africa Peacekeeping Program (AFRICAP) II indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) vehicle.
This task order represents the final award during a successful 2017 where PAE competed to win a majority of the task orders under the AFRICAP II IDIQ vehicle. All task order wins total approximately $78.5M. Under these new task orders, PAE supports U.S. foreign policy objectives in Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Gambia, Kenya, Mauritania, Niger, Somalia and Tanzania by providing logistics support, construction services, equipment procurement and training, and unmanned aerial surveillance.

PAE was also recently awarded the AFRICAP III IDIQ vehicle to continue providing DOS with training, advisory, logistics and construction support for the Africa region. The overall period of performance for AFRICAP III is for one year and four, one-year options. The total ceiling value on the IDIQ is $1.5B.
