PAE Awarded Task Order by GSA FEDSIM on Behalf of JIDA JCOE for C-IED Analysis and Rotational Support
ARLINGTON, VA., July 21, 2015 – PAE, a leading provider of enduring support for essential global missions, has been awarded the Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) Analysis & Rotational Support (CAR) task order from the General Services Administration’s Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) to support the Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Agency (JIDA) Joint Center of Excellence (JCOE). The value of the contract is $28.7M, with a period of performance of three years; one base year and two, one-year option periods.
Under the Counter Improvised Explosive Device (C-IED) Analysis & Rotational Support (CAR) task order, PAE will support the Asymmetric Integration Training Program (AITP) and United States Army Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) with ongoing service support to develop relevant training by reviewing and analyzing C-IED individual, collective, and battle staff intelligence data. PAE will continue to provide condition-setting support for both JIDA and the U.S. Army with exercise design and preparation, specifically ensuring that currency and relevancy of the asymmetric threat is injected into training scenarios.
The contract will be managed under PAE’s National Security Solutions business unit, which now includes the capabilities that PAE has added to its portfolio through the recent acquisition of A-T Solutions.
