FORT LEE, Va. — As a leading logistics services provider to the U.S. government, PAE is proud to recognize our Army Client Executive Ken Dowd’s induction into the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps Hall of Fame. The designation reflects Dowd’s logistical prowess stemming from a distinguished Army career. The retired major general was also the keynote speaker at the ceremony.
In his speech, Dowd spoke about experiences from his 35 years in the Army, which included tours in Kuwait and Afghanistan. He led a team responsible for developing the logistics structure to achieve the equipment drawdown of U.S. forces from Iraq still used today in Afghanistan.
“Ken’s accomplishments during his military tenure give him unsurpassed insight into the complex world of Army logistics,” said PAE CEO John Heller. “We’re proud he’s receiving this worthy recognition as he continues to contribute to the nation’s safety and security as a PAE client executive and subject matter expert.”
In his current capacity, Dowd focuses on the global logistics market and is PAE’s liaison to the Army.
“I had the great honor to serve in our military,” Dowd said. “Now I have the opportunity with the great team at PAE and the relationships I made over the years, to help provide solutions and support to our war fighters.”
