ARLINGTON, Va. February 15, 2017 - PAE has been awarded a contract from the Department of State Bureau of Overseas Building Operations for the continued support of the American Embassy in Kabul (AEK). The contract is valued at approximately $71M and has a period of performance for five years.
"PAE has provided specialized operations, maintenance and security support services for the U.S. government's critical infrastructure for over thirty years," said PAE CEO John Heller. "We are proud to continue our support for the complex and critical diplomatic mission in Afghanistan."
Under the new contract, PAE will provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the AEK and designated U.S. government satellite properties in Afghanistan.
