PAE Awarded Aviation Maintenance Task Order at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island

ARLINGTON, Va., January 30, 2018 - PAE was recently awarded a $50M task order under the Department of the Air Force Sustainment Center's Contract Field Teams program at the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island in Oak Harbor, Washington.

"PAE will provide flight line and organization and depot level aviation maintenance support," said PAE CEO John Heller. "PAE's highly skilled, qualified and dedicated technicians will work closely with their Naval Aviation Maintenance counterparts to support a mission critical to our nation's readiness and sustainment."

PAE technicians will ensure the E/F-18G Growler aircraft assigned to the Commander Naval Air Forces Pacific, Fleet Replacement Squadron VAQ-129 are safe, flyable and ready to support the squadrons' flying and training requirements. PAE's operational-level aircraft maintenance, supply, logistics and technical services supports customers worldwide. The period of performance on the contract is for one base year plus two option years with a possible six-month extension.
