ARLINGTON, Va., February 2, 2018 - PAE today announced that it has acquired Macfadden & Associates (Macfadden), a leader in international disaster response operational support. Macfadden provides specialized capabilities for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) humanitarian and disaster relief programs and maintains critical government financial systems, safeguarding key government information systems for multiple federal government customers.
"Macfadden will expand PAE's customer reach, building upon the relationship PAE established with USAID when PAE supported their response to the Ebola outbreak in 2015," said PAE CEO John Heller. "Macfadden's specialized capabilities and distinguished service record complements work PAE currently performs especially with the Department of State. Together, Macfadden and PAE will expand PAE's overall portfolio and capabilities and be better situated to provide critical support."
Founded over 30 years ago, Macfadden has provided federal agencies with critical on-the-ground support to U.S. government humanitarian missions around the world as well as financial and IT system support.
