ARLINGTON, Va. June 28, 2018 - PAE received an eight-year prime contract award by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) for the Cooperative Threat Reduction Integrating Contract (CTRIC) III IDIQ. PAE will support the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) mission of reducing threats from weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and related materials, technologies, facilities and expertise. PAE is one of six awardees and will compete on task orders worth up to $970M.
"PAE's CTRIC III team will leverage our extensive chemical, biological, nuclear, radiological and explosive experience and agile ability to engage around the world to accomplish critical missions," said PAE CEO John Heller. "This agile response capability has been successful in 120+ countries over our 63-year history where we successfully built partner nation capacity in austere, semi-permissive and non-permissive environments."
PAE will support the CTR mission by working with partner nations to dismantle, destroy, account for, secure, safeguard, detect and prevent the proliferation of WMD and its related materials. "These strengths combined with the team's expertise and agility provides PAE maximum flexibility to effectively execute the CTR mission."
